We offer FREE SHIPPING across all states of India. Burton is based in Kerala, and we ensure your products are delivered within 7-10 DAYS from the date of order confirmation.
🌍 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We ship internationally to select countries. Extra shipping charges apply for worldwide delivery based on your location and product weight.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on any purchases. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and processed.
🔄 REPLACEMENT POLICY
We offer REPLACEMENT ONLY for products that are:
- Received in damaged condition (manufacturing defects)
- Wrong product received (different from what was ordered)
- Size mismatch (with unopened original packaging)
📹 UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
IMPORTANT: To proceed with any replacement request, we require AN UNBOXING VIDEO of the product.
Video must clearly show:
- •Unopened package with shipping label visible
- •Complete unboxing process from start to finish
- •Product condition when first removed from packaging
- •All angles of the product showing the issue
Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be processed.
⏰ REPLACEMENT TIME FRAME
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video must be sent within 2 hours of raising the request
- Replacement will be shipped within 7-10 DAYS after approval
